Install this before Day 1. It records your call audio only while the control room is rolling, so your mentors can coach you live and your best calls make the show.

Bring your laptop, headset, and charger. Do this on the event Wi-Fi.

Install & open

Your computer will warn you it's from an unidentified developer. That's expected — follow the steps below.

Enter your number

Type the agent number (1–100) you got at check-in.

Allow audio

Allow microphone and computer audio, run the sound check, and you're in.

Opening on a Mac
  1. Open UA-Recorder.dmg and drag UA Recorder into Applications.
  2. Open UA Recorder from Applications. If you see “can't be opened”, click Done.
  3. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, click Open Anyway, and enter your password.
  4. The setup wizard opens. Follow it — when you allow computer audio, your Mac will ask you to Quit & Reopen. Click it.

What it does — and doesn't

Records audio only: your mic and your computer's sound
Only while the control room is recording
Shows a red ● REC whenever it's recording
Never records your screen, camera, or files
Doesn't interfere with your dialer or Zoom
Uninstall any time after the event
